Booking Method
We recommend that you book online through our booking system where a credit card will be required to book your appointment. You can use any card you like at the time of checkout in the salon, it does not have to be the card on file. If you’re unsure what to book, please book a complimentary consultation.
Best Communication Method
Email and text are preferable methods of communicating with your stylist. Our dedicated phone number through our booking system, Boulevard, receives text messages. We generally have limited time throughout the day to receive phone calls or retrieve voice messages.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request 24 hours' notice to cancel, modify, or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will incur a fee of 50% of the service value, while same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100%.
For Tuesday appointments, please cancel or reschedule by Saturday at 3 PM to avoid fees. If you need to make changes after this time, please email or text us to ensure proper adjustments can be made without incurring a cancellation fee. For online appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, the card on file will be charged automatically. Thank you for understanding!
Late Policy
We understand that life happens! To help keep things running smoothly, we allow a 15-minute grace period if you're running late. At the 15-minute mark, your stylist will determine if accommodations can be made to complete your service without compromising quality or impacting other clients' appointments. If adjustments are needed, we’ll do our best to ensure you leave feeling cared for. If you are running late and wish to communicate with your stylist, text is the best method (919)-750-0875). After 15 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and a cancellation fee may be assessed.
Wait List
You can join the Waitlist at any time through our online booking system in the same manner you would book an appointment, simply click “join the waitlist”.
Green Circle Fee
Every appointment will have a $4 Green Circle Fee associated with it. This fee ensures that we can continue recycling up to 95% of salon generated waste (even hair and excess color!) and support other sustainability efforts in our salon (ex. Ecoheads filters that reduce water energy usage up to 65% at shampoo bowls)
Child Policy
We welcome clients aged 11 and older for salon appointments. Children should be able to sit comfortably for the entire duration of their service.
Payments Accepted
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We accept Visa & Mastercard Debit cards and ApplePay. We are a cashless business and do not accept checks.
Gratuity
If you'd like to leave a tip, you may do so using cash or Venmo. Please note, tips cannot be added to credit card payments.

All products are final sale.
Parking
We recommend you give yourself extra time to park, especially for your first visit. Chapel Hill has many events and construction and road closures are relatively frequent.
The areas we suggest are:
-Limited Street Parking on Merritt Mill, Paid Street parking on Graham St
-Carrboro (Rosemary) Municipal Lot (604 W Rosemary St, enter off Sunset)
-Franklin Lot (505 W Franklin St)
-Hampton Inn Parking Deck
We recommend downloading the ParkMobile App so you can make a note of your spot number and pay when you are in the salon (and extend your time if needed for longer services!).
We are located in the Greenbridge Condominiums building, our entrance is on Graham St across from Brandwein’s Bagels (this is the simplest location to search to get to us).
